These Terms of Use govern your use of the Plani mobile application ("the app") operated by Evgeniia Ocheredko. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Plani is a personal productivity app for managing tasks, habits, and daily routines. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest accounts store data only on your device — if you uninstall the app, your data will be lost.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in the app (tasks, habits, categories). We do not claim any rights over your content. We store and process your content solely to provide the app's functionality.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the app available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
